Travel Manager

Your new opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and inspiring leader to lead our Elizabeth RAA Travel team. Reporting to the Regional Travel Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting your team's development, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service.

As a hands-on leader, you'll also manage your own portfolio of clients, showcasing your strong product knowledge and passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve success.
• Ensure that team members consistently achieve allocated sales targets and minimum benchmarks.
• Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs.
• Achieve and exceed your own set sales targets.

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who genuinely enjoys the world of travel. We are also looking for:

• Certificate in Travel Tourism or relevant qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in travel consulting in both a consultant and leadership capacity.
• A proven ability to motivate, inspire, and support a team.
• A strong track record of sales achievement in the travel industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a reputation for making things happen.
