Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer with experience in fencing to join our team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a solid background in fencing installation and maintenance. Further progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of various types of fencing (timber, colorbond, wire, etc.)
  • Digging holes, mixing concrete, and setting posts
  • Confident in working independently
  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Site preparation and clean-up
  • Following safety procedures and company standards
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects on time
  • Future independent project management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fencing (minimum 1 years preferred)
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Good work ethic and reliable transport
  • White Card (Construction Induction) – preferred
  • Driver's license and transport– essential as travel is around South-East Melbourne and Gippsland
