About the Role

As a 
Service Leader

, you'll guide and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behaviours, mentoring your team, and stepping in to provide hands-on support when needed. You'll also liaise with families and stakeholders to co-design care plans that empower our clients to thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of support workers
  • Managing rosters and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and UDC quality frameworks
  • Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and skill development
  • Fostering a positive, supportive team culture

What You'll Bring

Diploma (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field

3–4 years' experience leading or mentoring teams in disability or aged care

Strong understanding of person-centred practices and NDIS compliance

Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid Driver's Licence
