About the role
Silvans Facility Services is seeking highly motivated and driven Business Development Executives to join our team. This full-time position is based in Tullamarine, VIC and is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support one another
- Providing regular progress updates and sales forecasting to management
- Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the facility services industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
