Female Disability Support Worker – Mount Gambier SA

Casual / Part-Time | Immediate Start

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to support a wonderful participant in Mount Gambier.

If you're someone who loves to chat, walk, laugh, and make a positive difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

You'll be providing one-on-one support, assisting with community access, and helping the participant enjoy an active, social lifestyle.

Shift Details:

  • Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Approximately 3 hours per day (lunchtime to afternoon, flexible start and finish times)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support with community outings, walks, and social activities
  • Light personal care and daily living assistance (if required)
  • Encourage independence and positive wellbeing

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is fun, social, and enjoys being active and outdoors
  • Has great communication and a caring personality
  • Is reliable, professional, and compassionate
  • Holds or is willing to obtain:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
