About Us:

Bamboo Home Support is committed to delivering person-centred care to people of all backgrounds. We are currently expanding and looking for Male Support Workers who are passionate about helping others and promoting independent living.

Role Overview:

As a Male Support Worker, you will assist male clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and meaningful community engagement. Your role will be vital in maintaining client dignity and independence.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Current Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or equivalent)

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

- Current National Police Clearance

- First Aid Certificate

- CPR Certification

- Manual Handling / Humanization History Training

- Infection Control and Prevention Certificate

- Unrestricted SA Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Key Duties:

- Support with showering, dressing, and personal hygiene

- Help with household tasks and meal preparation

- Accompany clients to medical and social outings

- Document progress and incident reports

- Encourage participation in activities and goal achievement
