About the Role:

You'll be responsible for ensuring that United Petroleum stores meet the highest brand standards. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who's driven to succeed and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your key duties will include:

  • Manage retail standards across all United Petroleum sites in relation to merchandising standards, marketing and customer service
  • Complete quality & standard auditing and product compliance checks
  • Monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices, Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle
  • Provide active input into new sales and marketing opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You:

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments like fast food chains or retail (McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks - will be highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of loss prevention or retail auditing is a bonus
  • FMCG experience will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI's
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships
  • An ability to travel interstate or regional, including overnight stay
  • Must have a current car driver's licence and will be required to travel - this role involves overnight (fully covered).
