About the Role

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team. These positions are available across multiple departments, including:

  • Goods Inwards
  • Loading
  • Faulty and Returns

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators who are safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach) to move, load, and unload goods safely
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in the Goods Inwards area
  • Prepare and load outbound goods in accordance with delivery schedules
  • Handle faulty and returned stock with care and ensure proper documentation and storage
  • Ensure accurate stock movement and record-keeping within the warehouse management system
  • Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid and current Forklift License (Counterbalance and/or Reach – as applicable)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks when required
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and company protocols
