**About the role**

As a High Reach Forklift Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Safe operation of the forklift truck to load and unload delivery vehicles and containers and warehouse racking systems.
- Ensure accuracy is maintained when moving and loading/unloading items for inbound and outbound shipments and when placing them into storage.
- Use of pallet jacks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries and work closely with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and transportation professionals.
- Where required, complete necessary paperwork such as shipping labels, packing lists and inventory reports.
- Manual handling of goods.
- Other general warehousing work.

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Must hold valid and current LF forklift truck licence - _essential._
- At least one years’ experience operating high reach forklift trucks within a warehousing environment - _essential._
- Been able to manually lift items up to 25Kgs.
- Possess an excellent eye for detail.
- Be highly organised and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a clean and valid drivers’ licence with access to your own transportation - _essential._
- Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehousing equipment.
- Experience in inventory management activities such as carrying out stock takes.
- Experience in receiving/dispatch of goods and the completion of necessary documentation.
- Be reliable, highly motivated and enthusiastic.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
