AI Specialist

IPH Limited is seeking an AI Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Group Delivery, you will play a key role in the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that enhance business operations. Your work will focus on automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency through the application of Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, data analysis, and algorithm development.

In addition, you will be responsible for integrating AI solutions into existing applications and systems, ensuring they are aligned with IPH's digital architecture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI solutions across multiple business domains.
• Utilise AI to automate manual and repetitive processes throughout the organization, including within personal workflows.
• Design and deploy AI agents to support diverse departmental needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish functional requirements and define success metrics.
• Partner with end users and internal teams to ensure effective operational integration of AI solutions.
• Deploy and maintain internal tools and automation systems leveraging AI to enhance employee productivity.
• Educate teams on emerging AI capabilities and promote best practices.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and support processes.
• Work cross-functionally to drive adoption and deliver measurable business value.
• Monitor AI model performance and make iterative improvements informed by data-driven insights.
• Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the return on investment (ROI) of AI initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted owner of systems and processes, proactively troubleshooting and refining automation and documentation as needed.
• Remain current with industry trends by researching and recommending innovative AI tools and technologies.
• Continuously identify high-impact automation and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with business teams.
• Develop AI or AI agents prototype to solve business problems or improve operational efficiency.

About You

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in technology or AI implementation, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem or legal sector.
• Extensive understanding of AI in commercial environments, with practical experience in real-world applications.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in automating business processes and deploying internal tools using AI and automation frameworks especially with Microsoft Co-Pilot Agents and Power Platform.
• Strong project management abilities, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects from conception through execution.
• Analytical mindset focused on driving commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic about emerging technologies and fostering innovation through AI.
• Self-motivated individual adept at both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
