We are looking for an experienced
AI Engineer
for an upcoming project for one of the government organisations for a long-term contract.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in
    technical advisory roles within AI domain
    .
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing
    AI roadmaps and introducing AI capabilities in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with
    cloud-based AI platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure AI, Databricks and related services.
  • Experience in
    Python, SQL
    and relevant
    AI development frameworks
    .
  • Strong understanding of relevant
    AI platforms
    and
    technologies
    (e.g
    . PyTorch, Tensorflow, MLFlow, RAG models, Langchain
    , etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, security and privacy policies.
  • Experience in AI and emerging trends with ability to assess business value and lead adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to train and mentor colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Consultative and collaborative proactive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Define a fit-for-purpose AI roadmap in line with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI initiatives, including adoption of AI-powered applications, models and agents.
  • Evaluate and implement practical use cases to demonstrate the value of AI capabilities
  • Optimise large language models (LLM) and enable integration with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI roadmap and defined outcomes.
  • Provide technical advice on emerging AI technologies and proactively identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value with AI.
