Are you a successful Sales Manager looking to take the next step in your career and be part of the booming e-Commerce & logistics industry. This role is integral to the overall success of the PACK & SEND Live eCommerce Shipping Platform, as you will lead the growth of sales revenue, account management of existing customers and sourcing new customers.

Reporting to the Vice President of Network Sales & Operations you will:

  1. Prepare and implement a comprehensive Pack & Send LIVE 
    Sales Strategy
     in collaboration with VP of Network Sales and Operations
  2. Consistently achieve Pack & Send LIVE annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and 
    profitability targets
  3. Work on all stages of the 
    sales cycle
     to win key strategic national and major Head Office managed LIVE customers
  4. Ensure 
    seamless onboarding
     of these customers and effective, regular account management to achieve customer retention, loyalty and advocacy
  5. Lead, support and assist the Network Sales and Operations (NSO) Managers and the Franchise Partners to identify and win Pack & Send LIVE customers in their respective franchise territories
  6. Lead all major T
    ender and Request for Proposal (RFP) scope
    , terms and conditions analysis, response preparation and submission with a clear goal to win them. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the tender bid team.
  7. Provide 
    leadership and mentorship
     to the current Sales Specialist and future 
    Business Development Managers (BDM)
     roles. This involves guiding their sales strategies, enhancing their client relationship skills, and preparing them to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  8. A key responsibility for the Sales manager will be to strategically grow the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets across both Australia & New Zealand.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Business, Franchise Business Model and Retail Logistics Industry
  • 5+ years of demonstrable, successful experience in a similar sales and/or product management role in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS and/or technology industry
  • High levels of analytical, organisational, time management, change management and presentation skills
  • Self-managed with an ability to work efficiently with current IT systems, CRMs and Microsoft 365
