About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties with care and professionalism
  • Conduct property inspections, condition reports, and routine maintenance follow-ups
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure smooth tenancy operations
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
  • Prepare and manage tenancy documentation and compliance requirements
  • Resolve maintenance issues promptly and cost-effectively
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and tenants

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in property management (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
  • Current Certificate IV or Registration in Real Estate (Property Management)
  • Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act (WA)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in property management software.
