We're building Reffy — the smarter, more human way for recruiters to connect with the right talent faster and hire them faster. Think: less "spray and pray," more "right person, right now."

This isn't a job. It's a plot twist in your career. You'll be helping shape the product, the team, the brand, and the future of hiring. You'll also get to say "I built this" while you retire in the Bahamas (hopefully).

• You've got startup grit: scrappy, resourceful, allergic to excuses.


• You can build, sell, or both. (Bonus points if you can code AND close deals.)


• Obsessed with great UX and human-first design.


• Fluent in "recruiter" and "candidate" — you get both sides.


• Comfortable making big decisions with incomplete info (because startup life).


• Can pivot faster than a recruiter ghosting a bad client.

A Day in the Life

Morning: Sync on product tweaks over coffee.

Mid-morning: Demo Reffy to a recruiter who says, "Where has this been all my life?"

Lunch: Founder gossip / pitch practice / tacos.

Afternoon: Debug, design, or deal-closing — whatever moves the needle.

Evening: Celebrate a customer win… then jump on a late call with a US client.
