We're currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Renovation Construction Project Supervisor. If you have experience in this field and reside in or near Melbourne's western suburbs, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee renovation construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in renovation construction.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Residency in or near Melbourne's western suburbs.
- White Card certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- 25+ years of experience in the building industry (Carpentry, plastering, handyman, all trades accepted).

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $41.94 - $86.29 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
