We're seeking a reliable and proactive to join our operations team at APF Cold Storage & Logistics. This is a full-time role offering structured training, clear career progression, and a supportive environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the accurate receival, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
  • Operate within our digital quality assurance and warehouse management systems to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure inventory is stored to standard and accessible for efficient retrieval
  • Support warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation
  • Help load and unload trucks and conduct basic equipment checks
  • Follow site procedures and escalate any stock or safety issues to the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to use or learn digital systems for QA and inventory management
  • Physical capability to handle goods (lifting 10–20kg occasionally)
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., handheld scanners or inventory software)
  • Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to obtain one)
