About the Role:

Join the friendly team at International Mowers, Dandenong South, as a Warehouse & Parts Assistant in our busy agricultural equipment facility. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with parts management, including container unloading, inventory control, order dispatch, and customer service via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock and inventory, including local and overseas indent ordersAdminister parts inventory and operator manuals for sold machinesLoad merchandise onto delivery trucks using appropriate equipmentReceive, tag, label and store merchandise by model, location and typePack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standardsProcess warranty claims for damaged or defective itemsOperate warehouse equipment, including forkliftsMaintain accurate records in inventory and logistics softwareProcess invoices and manage paymentsPack and unpack shipping containersSome deliveries and drop-offs/collections

Essential Requirements:

Current Victorian Driver's LicenceStrong physical fitness for manual handlingComputer literacy with the ability to learn new systemsExcellent communication skills for customer interactionStrong organisational and time-management abilities

Highly Regarded:

Current Forklift Licence (LF class)Agricultural or machinery industry experienceExperience with Unleashed inventory software2 years of warehouse experience

Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in warehouse conditions.
