The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our Case Managers Insurance for NSW to pro-actively & effectively achieve compliance and management of worker's compensation claims. This position operates in a high volume and deadline driven environment that focuses on the pro-active administration to support management of claims.

This will be a full-time, 12-month secondment role based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing claims administration support to our Case Managers
  • Coordinating medical and travel appointments
  • Answering phones, providing customer service and taking messages
  • Typing letters and data entry
  • Support our internal clients with administrations support
  • Work closely with external clients as required
  • Filing, photocopying and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Following up invoices and claims finalisation process

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in administration and office support is high desirable
  • Competent use of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to take direction and a willingness to learn
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
