We're on the lookout for a Security System Technical Support Superstar to join our friendly, fast-growing team.

If you enjoy solving technical puzzles and keeping customers happy, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and remote support for security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, intercoms), troubleshooting issues and offering software and app-based solutions.
  • Assist our field technicians with system programming, setup, and configuration.
  • Manage service calls, maintain system logs, and ensure timely updates to client.
  • Test new products and work on improving service support processes.
  • Oversee parts ordering and inventory management in our warehouse.
  • Configure routers and 4G services to support system installations.
  • Offer in-house technical support for staff and field technicians.
  • Manage internal computers & laptops, servers, VPN and active directory.

What We're Looking For

We value attitude and curiosity, and we are committed to providing comprehensive on the job training. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Experience: At least 2 years of technical support experience, with a strong understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, remote access)
  • Customer Service Focus: Clear communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Problem Solving Ability: Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
  • Interest in Security Systems: Experience or a strong willingness to learn about security technologies, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

Bonus Skills if you have:

  • A security licence (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Experience with security systems, such as ICT Protege, Dahua, Hikvision, Bosch, or Inner Range.
  • Previous helpdesk or technical support experience.
