About the role

We are seeking Precast and Onsite Concreters to join our dynamic team in Penrith, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the hands-on construction and installation of high-quality concreting, playing a crucial part in delivering our services to customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate machinery and equipment to finish concrete for precast and on-site projects
  • Accurately measure and cut steel reinforcement and other materials as required
  • Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the construction process

What we're looking for

  • No experience required as a Precast or Onsite Concreter in the construction industry
  • Practical skills and knowledge of pouring, and finishing techniques
  • Competent in the use of power tools, concrete vibrators, and other construction equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to the Penrith worksite
