The Role

Full-time (5 days: 3 in-clinic, 2 WFH) with training across reception, admin, and chairside support.

You'll learn how to:

  • Welcome patients and manage front desk flow
  • Handle calls, emails, bookings, and payments
  • Assist with orthodontic procedures & sterilisation
  • Support patient consults and follow-ups
  • Order and track clinical supplies

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident

Salary & Structure

  • $30–$35/hr casual (based on transferable experience)
  • 5 days: Tue 9:30–6:30, Thu 9:30–6:30, Sat 8:30–6:30 + 2 WFH days
  • Pathway to permanent part-time
