About the Role

As a Roster Coordinator, you'll be the glue that connects our amazing Care Workers with the people who need them most. You'll:

 
Match the right Care Workers
 with customers based on skills, availability, and personality.

 
Juggle schedules like a pro
, ensuring every shift is covered.

 
Be part of the go-to team
 for our Care Workers, customers, and external agencies.

 
Keep things running smoothly
 by communicating well and solving problems, even before they happen

What You Bring to the Team

  • You're an energetic, detail-loving, people-person
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Loves problem-solving (because rostering is basically the ultimate puzzle)
  • Has a customer-first attitude making people happy is what you do best
  • Knows their way around Microsoft applications & rostering software (Flowlogic experience is a plus).

The Essentials

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience rostering within a Care provider preferred
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation & Supporting Effective Communication Modules
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence
  • Medicare Immunisation History Certificate
