Kids United OSHC is on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic Centre Coordinator to lead one of our vibrant before and after school care services. Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

- Leading a team of educators and ensuring high-quality care and compliance across all areas.
- Creating engaging programs that children love and families trust.
- Building strong relationships with families, schools, and the community.
- Overseeing daily operations including rostering, documentation, and compliance.
- Mentoring and supporting your team to thrive in their roles.

What We’re Looking For:

- A passionate and experienced educator with a Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an OSHC leadership role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, and My Time, Our Place framework.
- A natural leader who can build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and their team.
- A commitment to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment for every child.

Pay: $76,076.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
