Supply Planning Coordinator – Brendale, QLD

Fixed-Term Contract | Until January 2026

We're on the lookout for a data-savvy and solution-focused Supply Planning Coordinator to join our fast-paced Supply Chain & Inventory team based in Brendale, QLD. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the right gear reaches the right place at the right time across our warehouses, retail stores, and booming eComm platform.

This is a fixed-term contract role running through to January 2026, ideal for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be joining a team that values efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration — and you'll play a critical role in supporting the supply chain through a key growth period.

About You

You're sharp, organised, and thrive on solving complex puzzles with data. You love turning chaos into control, and know that a well-oiled supply chain powers epic customer experiences.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in supply planning, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
  • Advanced data analysis skills – you know your way around spreadsheets, pivot tables, and large data sets.
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for stock discrepancies, supply trends, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Confidence in navigating ERP systems, with a strong grip on Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clear and professional communication skills – you can confidently connect with Distribution Centres, Stores, and internal teams.
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt fast when things shift (because they will).

What You'll Own

Your mission: Keep our inventory moving and in-check to support sales momentum and customer expectations including:

  • Manage warehouse-to-store replenishment using data analysis and set inventory parameters.
  • Rebalance stock across multiple DCs to maximise availability and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Build and maintain weekly reports from raw data to deliver clear insights and identify trends.
  • Review and manage clearance SKUs to reduce oversells and backorders.
  • Coordinate internal stock transfers, working closely with DCs, stores, and the Transport Team.
  • Monitor and resolve stock discrepancies, applying root-cause analysis and follow-up actions
  • Reroute B2C orders to improve delivery times and reduce freight costs.
  • Support new product launches, ensuring stock is in the right location at the right time.
  • Continuously review and update SOPs/WIs to improve inventory processes.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Store Ops to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist the Shipping Team by prioritising container deliveries.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support across the Supply Chain function.
