About the Role

We are seeking Production Operators to join the Selkirk team; applicants MUST be able to work between 6AM-6PM Monday to Friday.

Success applicants will undergo extensive training and work under the guidance of our Operations Lead; the primary role of the Production Operator is to work as part of a team producing and packaging our products.

Key focuses & responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Machine operations (both packing and production)
  • Additive mixing and application
  • Cleaning
  • Relieving other operators as required
  • General housekeeping and quality assurance checks
  • Compliance with OHS policies and procedures in place, as well as participation in safety related projects and commitments.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating production machinery and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift licence and/or other relevant certifications would be highly regarded
