Join Our Team as a Superstar Receptionist

We're a small but mighty veterinary team on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist to help us continue delivering exceptional care to our clients and their beloved pets. As our receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, managing everything from appointments and client communications to front-of-house operations.

About the Role

As our clinic's receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for both our clients and their pets. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for each visit with your warm professionalism and genuine care.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Client & Pet Care

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

  • Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service

  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using our practice management software

  • Assist with admissions and discharges

Administrative Excellence

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records

  • Support the veterinary team with various administrative tasks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

We're looking for someone who:

Has the Right Experience & Skills

  • Previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience is a bonus)

  • Confident phone manner and exceptional communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems—practice management software, email platforms, online portals, and more

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Genuinely loves animals and understands the joy pets bring to our lives (some animal care background is preferred, but superstar reception skills and a love for animals are essential)
