Victoria University (VU), a leading dual-sector tertiary institution and is seeking a dedicated Administrative and Systems Officer to support and enhance our Educator Passport system — a vital platform that tracks TAFE teachers' qualifications, industry currency, and professional development.

About the Role:

You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support focused on continuous improvement of the Educator Passport system. Your responsibilities include managing user accounts, recording training activities, resolving user queries, preparing reports, and assisting with system updates to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with stakeholders will be key to helping educators access and interpret important data effectively.

Who We're Looking For:

If you are proactive and passionate about VET compliance and administration, we want to hear from you While prior experience with Education Passport is not essential (system training will be provided), you must bring strong experience in systems administration and data management within a similar role.

Position Details:

  • Part-time continuing role hours per week, 0.6 FTE)
  • HEP Level 5 Classification
  • Salary Range: $76,459 – $87,825 per annum (pro-rata) + 17% Super
