Lofa Consulting is a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation dedicated to providing exceptional consulting services in the NDIS business sector. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organising meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary equipment is available for use.
- Assist with the coordination of events, workshops, meetings, and other organisational activities.
- Perform general and all other admin duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business environment.
- Knowledge of NDIS procedures and regulations is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: Negotiable
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
