Hamilton Island is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operations of one of our premier luxury resorts. As Executive Housekeeper, you'll oversee a large and dynamic team, ensuring every detail reflects the quality and care that define five-star hospitality. - Manage budgets, labour forecasting and rosters in line with business goals
- Partner with other resort leaders to enhance the guest experience across departments
- Drive training, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
You're a positive, thoughtful and hands-on leader who takes pride in your team's success and your guests' experience. You thrive in a luxury environment where high standards, care, and collaboration come together to create something truly special.
To be successful, you'll need:- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star or luxury property
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams with empathy, energy and accountability
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labour costs
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality and detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with payroll and rostering systems
- Open/unrestricted driver's licence, current First Aid and CPR
