Your Role

You'll take ownership of a small, structured portfolio and deliver the kind of client experience that keeps landlords loyal and tenants happy.

As our rent roll continues to grow, routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections will be removed and outsourced, allowing this position to evolve into a streamlined, relationship-focused property management role, so you can spend your time where it matters most.

You'll be trusted to:

- Manage landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and empathy

- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and arrears with precision

- Coordinate rent reviews, lease renewals, and bond claims

- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections

- Prepare and attend tribunal hearings when required

- Manage lease signings, key distributions, and key tenancy milestones

- Use PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, FLK it Over, and IRE confidently

What You Bring

You're calm under pressure, smart with your time, and emotionally intelligent enough to read the room before you walk into it.

To thrive here, you'll need:

- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- 2 to 3 years of solid property management experience

- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)

- The ability to balance multiple priorities with ease

- Genuine follow through, you do what you say you'll do

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable car

- A team first mindset, because collaboration wins every time
