We have an exciting opportunity for an Sustainability Coordinator to join our Sustainability team in our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office on a 12 month contract.
Reporting directly to the Lead Governance & Planning, you will be responsible Coordinating and supporting the implementation of public relations strategies that align with APA's business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and supporting the implementation of public relations strategies that align with APA's business strategy.
Providing comprehensive Public Relations and editorial support on a daily basis.
Interacting with various stakeholders, including the press, consultants, business analysts, customers, and other groups influencing public opinion to effectively convey APA's message
Assisting in establishing and maintaining relationships with media, responding to media inquiries, and conducting proactive media outreach.
Supporting the management of the editorial calendar to maximize media coverage and develop proactive ideas for media outreach.
Coordinating the writing, distribution, and pitching of press releases specific to APA's operations and objectives.
Your background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas clearly.
Understanding of APA's business strategy and objectives.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Relationship-building skills, particularly with media and public relations entities.
Ability to coordinate and support various activities within the department.
