We're scouting for a Sous Chef who will help lead our culinary team to victory.

You'll be the vice-captain of the kitchen, backing up the Head Chef and rallying the team to deliver game-winning plates every service.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
  • Leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Cool under pressure with a sharp focus on quality and consistency
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
