**WHAT WE NEED**

We are expanding and are opening a brand new showroom in Perth, WA We are seeking to complete our Perth Showroom team as a pivotal part of our ongoing strategy to grow our brand and offer the opportunity for even more people to get off-road and see this great country of ours.

We are on the hunt for a Showroom Manager to be a critical member within our Perth Showroom team. This dynamic and highly responsible role, reporting to the QLD-based Executive Team, will see you delivering the very best in customer service and industry expertise first time, every time

Ideally you have experience in retail sales and in the leisure, camping and outdoors industries.

**CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT**

We want someone who will give our customers the feel goods of becoming an official member of the Austrack family. Leveraging your skills in management, sales, customer service and after-sales service, you will educate and inform potential customers on our range of camper trailers and hybrid caravans; encouraging them to purchase and to join an ever-growing community of Austrackers.

You will embrace our culture of customer centricity across the business; surprising and delighting customers with our amazing products, customer service and after-sales service.

You will manage a team of 1-2 retail sales specialists who are passionate about the leisure industry and about getting more and more people of road exploring our amazing country.

**ABSOLUTE PREREQUISITES**

You must be reliable and driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, and someone who likes a challenge and who can work as part of a team.

A passion for sales, team management, customer service and the leisure, camping and outdoors industries.
- Great communication skills mandatory.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Full driver’s license.
- High level team leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight Austrack customers.
- High-level multi-tasking skills. This role is not for the feint at heart.
- Work well under pressure without becoming flustered is a must.
- A team player who is able to work collaboratively and build effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Computer literacy skills required.
- Willing to be hands on and be an active team player.
- Excellent people skills.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate and have experience using the Microsoft Suite of products and Google Suite pf products.
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Are looking for a long term position.
- Be proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to tow campers and caravans.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be responsible for managing our Perth Showroom, the team as well as selling our range of products and providing a five-star customer service experience to Austrack’s customers and potential customers. You will play a pivotal role in helping Austrack Campers deliver winning outcomes for everyone. We want the reputation that nothing is ever too much trouble for us. We are there from beginning to end, sharing in their journey to buy an Austrack Camper and sharing their adventures after they hit the open road.

Full training will be provided, however you will need to be energetic, self-motivated and proactive. You will be required to cross the nation to our main operation in Queensland for training prior to our grand opening. We will fly you over and put you up in accommodation for a few days.

- After Sales Service - providing an ongoing support for when they have questions
- Customer issues and product enquiries
- **You will be expected to**:_
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy retail showroom.
- Lead a small team of sales consultants.
- Report on showroom activity; such as sales, challenges, achievements etc.
- Work in our showroom Monday to Sunday.
- Balance the till and bank all incoming monies daily.
- Prepare Stock for customer delivery.
- Champion and represent the voice of Austrack customers and ensure that as a team, this sentiment exists throughout the entire business, including all showrooms and departments.
- Work additional hours as reasonably required, including working at annual industry trade shows in Perth and interstate.
- Be a positive, energetic, proactive team member
- Report on showroom activity; such as your sales, challenges, achievements etc.
- Work as part of our multi-showroom team in an incredibly fast-paced environment - based at our Perth Showroom.
- Provide product advice about Austrack Campers range of products; assisting potential customers in making an informed decision about what product is right for them.
- Conduct camper trailer and hybrid caravan demonstrations and handovers.
- Process customer orders via our preferred accou
