Our environment group, consisting of scientists and engineers, deliver practical, cost-effective solutions in the fields of contaminated land and environmental/ecological management nationally. Their collaborative approach and technical expertise have achieved tailored results for our clients and ensured service excellence.
About the Role
This dynamic position demands proven ability in client networking, business development and people management complemented by a strong technical background in the environmental industry. This influential role will see you nurture client relationships through project delivery and service excellence, whilst actively pursuing new opportunities. Your direct responsibilities will extend across contaminated land and environmental management/ecological services. You will be responsible for managing and growing a team of professionals while still providing technical expertise to projects.
Requirements
- Degree qualifications in relevant Engineering or Science fields essential
- 10 years or more experience working in a consultancy
- Team orientated with experience in leading and developing a team
- Proven ability to manage and grow long-term client base
- Ability to manage and achieve financial outcomes
- A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality work
