The Quality Administrator will be responsible for updating a number of data registers and reports with information from technical specialists both offshore and onshore. The role directly supports the Quality team based at Sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and report templates. This includes works progress reports, welding test results, welding equipment purchases, asset registers, trade qualification updates and drawing revisions
- Monitor electronic registers and seek out updates from nominated team members
- Format and apply style guides to drafted documents
- Scan and / or register quality control documents
- Assist with the receipting of incoming material orders, offshore logistics bookings, and general team training administration, during periods of peak demand or for leave coverage
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill or experience.
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Prior experience as a Quality Administrator
- Experience in Oil and Gas
- Competent operating Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving
