We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager – Finance & Administration to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will drive financial performance, strengthen governance, and support the ongoing growth of the business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the General Manager – Finance & Administration will oversee all financial and administrative functions of Bulmer Farms.

You will lead a small, dedicated team while partnering with the broader business to ensure strong financial stewardship and effective operational systems.

Key responsibilities include:


• Leading finance, administration, and IT functions to ensure business efficiency.


• Developing and delivering the financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.


• Providing high-level advice to the Managing Director and Board on financial performance and risk.


• Managing compliance, governance, and reporting obligations across all regulatory requirements.


• Overseeing payroll and systems support in collaboration with our People & Culture team.


• Driving continuous improvement in processes, technology, data analysis, and reporting capability.

About You

We are looking for a commercially astute and hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will bring:


• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (ideally in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing).


• Technical accounting expertise and/or accounting qualifications with strong commercial acumen.


• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance detail and big-picture planning.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels.


• Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management.


• A values-driven approach with commitment to teamwork, safety, and integrity.
