Excellent Remuneration: We pay above market rates of up to $35-$42 per hour (based on experience) plus Super, along with standard personal and annual leave benefits all during weekday work hours. No weekend work
About You
You're warm, organised, and love helping people.
You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
- You have extensive experience in dental or medical reception (dental preferred, but not essential).
You are tech-savvy and comfortable using practice management software and booking systems (we will provide training for our practice software)
You can support the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
You love to promote your place of work and talk about its benefits.
- You're passionate about supporting people with disabilities and complex needs.
Your Role Will Include
- Welcoming patients and their carers and being the face of the practice.
- Managing appointments, reviews, waiting lists, and patient correspondence.
- Handling billing, rebates, and health fund queries.
Supporting the clinical team by assisting with sterilisation of instruments when required (training will be provided for this).
Some dental marketing including seeking referrals, reviews and some social media posting (training will be provided for this).
