Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineer with a WA Building Practitioner License
to join ASL as
Managing Director
. This full-time role blends technical expertise with business leadership. You will oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with WA building codes and BAL standards, and lead inspections and quality assurance.
As Managing Director, you will also guide the growth of our start-up, set strategic direction, manage client relationships, and lead our in-house team to deliver high-performance homes that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Current WA
Building Practitioner registration
(engineering background) - Strong knowledge of
building codes, standards, and BAL compliance - Experience in project planning, site assessments, and structural design
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field)
