We provide efficient and reliable cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions, international express, local distribution, warehousing, and third-party logistics (3PL) services. Responsibilities:

Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Monitor accounts receivable ledgers, track overdue payments, and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.

Reconcile customer accounts regularly, resolving discrepancies by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Support credit control activities, including preparing customer statements and assisting in debt collection processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to accounts receivable.

Assist in preparing month-end closing reports, including AR aging reports, reconciliations, and accruals.

Provide administrative support for finance operations, including data entry, document filing, and coordination with external partners.

Collaborate with other finance team members on ad-hoc tasks and projects, contributing to process improvements.

Perform inter-company transaction reconciliation and settlement, ensuring accuracy and timely clearance of balances between group entities.

Assist in company compliance activities, including supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and adherence to internal control requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance or management.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

1–3 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to accounts receivable preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies.

Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual ability (English and Chinese) is an advantage.

A proactive and responsible attitude, with a willingness to learn and support broader finance activities.
