We provide efficient and reliable cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions, international express, local distribution, warehousing, and third-party logistics (3PL) services. Our goal is to help enterprises expand globally and build efficient logistics bridges between China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory of office supplies; continuously optimize asset management processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the weekly service quality of external vendors (e.g., landlords, property management, cleaners, and waste disposal) to maintain a clean and functional office and warehouse environment.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, document archiving, and file management.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, manage capital prepayments, and compile and submit comprehensive monthly billing reports for offices.
  • Assist department heads in the development and implementation of internal policies, and follow up on results for optimization and feedback.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; majors in administrative management or related fields preferred. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong team player with a proactive service mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills (both internal and external). Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Holder of a full Australian driver's license and able to drive small vehicles.
