About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable
Service Technician
to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves servicing, maintaining, and supporting a range of technology systems for our clients. While we welcome applicants from a variety of technical backgrounds, experience in
audio-visual (AV) systems
will be highly regarded but not the main requirement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems
  • Providing support and solutions to clients both onsite and remotely
  • Installing, configuring, and testing equipment to ensure smooth operation
  • Assisting with fault finding and repairs on a range of systems
  • Maintaining service records and completing reports as required
  • Working closely with the wider technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on technical or service background (AV, IT, electrical, communications, or similar)
  • Practical knowledge of
    AV systems
    (displays, projectors, control systems, video conferencing, audio setups) – highly desirable
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
