Marketplace Integration and Operations Specialist

As we enter this exciting growth phase, we're looking for a Marketplace Integration and Operations Specialist to help bring our vision to life.

This initial 6-month Fixed Term the Marketplace Integration and Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in the technical onboarding, integration, and operational success of third-party sellers within our new Marketplace, powered by Mirakl.

You'll be the key link between technology, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless data exchange, efficient seller activation, and operational readiness as we scale. This is a hands-on role, requiring a strong blend of technical understanding, operational know-how, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding and system integration of new marketplace sellers, ensuring smooth data flow between seller systems, Mirakl, and Country Road Group platforms.
• Manage end-to-end integration processes, including product, inventory, and order synchronisation.
• Act as the primary liaison between sellers, internal tech teams, and Mirakl support, ensuring timely and successful go-lives.
• Monitor data quality, offer integrity, and transaction flow across platforms, resolving issues proactively.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to ensure system stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to evolve the integration roadmap and support ongoing platform optimisation.
• Support business teams in ensuring sellers meet onboarding and performance expectations.

Key Capabilities

• Experience in technical integration, digital operations, or systems delivery, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or marketplace environments ideally, Mirakl
• Demonstrated success delivering digital or marketplace implementations, preferably on Mirakl or equivalent multi-vendor platforms.
• Hands-on expertise managing API integrations, data flows, and middleware platforms
• You bring a strong analytical and operational mindset and are passionate about improving processes and scalability.
• You're a natural problem-solver and communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and love being part of building something new.
