We're HOPR, one of Australia's fastest-growing functional beverage brands helping people cut back on alcohol without missing the vibe. HOPR was created to offer a healthier way to unwind with sparkling waters made from hops, adaptogens, and nootropics. What began as a home brewing project has now helped tens of thousands of Aussies have a better relationship with alcohol.
Role Description
This is a player-coach role: you'll own both brand storytelling and growth marketing. Think TikTok content + Meta ad dashboards, influencer campaigns + in-store activations. If you can move between creative and analytical, this is for you. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with other departments to achieve business goals. This is a full-time on-site role at our Sydney, NSW location.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in consumer/DTC marketing (beverage/FMCG ideal)
- Proven track record in paid performance + creative campaigns
- Comfortable managing agencies & freelancers
- Scrappy, experimental, but able to build playbooks for scale
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Marketing Management and Public Relations skills
- Sales skills and experience in driving sales initiatives
