What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same. You'll:

  • Coordinate and grow employment and life-skills programs that empower people
  • Create community partnerships that open doors across Geraldton
  • Be the go-to link between customers, schools, employers, coaches and providers
  • Lead person-centred planning (goal-setting, documents, reviews)
  • Spot opportunities to expand programs and grow our regional impact

What You Need

Must have:

  • WA Driver's Licence
  • Ability to get NDIS Worker Screening & Police Clearance

Highly regarded:

  • Experience coordinating community/disability programs
  • Knowledge of NDIS or SCHADS Award
