As a senior nurse leader, you will provide direction and support to staff across departments, acting as a resource person and role model in both clinical practice and professional relationships. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of person-centred care, working collaboratively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare.
