Our client, a major Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS provider, is seeking an exceptional CEO to guide the organisation through its next phase of strategic growth.

About the Organisation Supporting more than 6,000 clients and employing 100+ dedicated staff, this organisation delivers quality services across both the HCP and NDIS sectors. With annual revenue exceeding $60 million, they are well-positioned for significant expansion and service diversification. They are now seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to elevate the organisation to new heights.

Your Opportunity

As CEO, you will:

  • Provide strong, visible leadership across both HCP and NDIS operations
  • Drive organisational growth, service innovation and long-term sustainability
  • Strengthen systems and processes to support scalable, compliant service delivery
  • Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven culture
  • Build influential relationships with stakeholders, funders and the community
  • Work closely with the Board to execute strategic priorities and future direction

About You

You are an inspiring and commercially minded leader who brings:

  • Executive leadership experience (health, aged care, NDIS or human services ideal)
  • Proven ability to scale services and deliver measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks across NDIS and/or Aged Care
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • The drive, influence and presence to lead from the front
