Our team is seeking Customer Relations Consultant to join our team in Australia. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage social media and communication platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Podium (SMS).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records while meeting daily and weekly call and booking targets.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and clear communication to build trust and loyalty with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Inchcape to resolve issues, share information, and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, legal standards (e.g., Trade Practices and Privacy Acts), and meet key performance indicators such as call quality, NPS, booking conversion rates, and error reduction.
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role within a direct selling environment.
- Proven ability to facilitate the sales process, including completing documentation to support the customer journey.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is desirable.
