We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Services consultant** to work at our Site located in **Greystanes NSW**

**This is an Indigenous

**Your main responsibilities**
- Enter orders accurately and within timeframes to meet all deadlines as required
- Raise purchase orders from suppliers
- Offer alternative products to eliminate back-orders and create sales
- Ensure customers are aware of expected delivery dates
- Manage all back-orders and relevant reporting and communication with customers for back-orders and open orders
- Maintain and update customer databases

**To be considered for this position you will have**:

- 2+ years in a similar customer service role
- Previous experience in administration
- Confident phone manner.
- Proven problem solving ability
- Highly organised and self-motivated, a willingness to take initiative and embrace new challenges with an action-oriented approach.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
