Salary and Features of the position:

  • Civil Litigation Lawyer: $90,000 – $120,000 + super (depending on experience)

About the position:

Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer with 2–3 years' PAE to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in both civil and estate litigation while gaining direct exposure to high-quality work and client matters.

  • Act on contested estates under Family Provisions and Succession Acts
  • Assist with probate applications and letters of administration
  • Manage wills and estate litigation matters from start to finish
  • Work across a variety of commercial and general litigation disputes
  • Gain hands-on experience alongside senior partners and mentors

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' PAE in civil litigation within private practice
  • Exposure to wills/estate litigation highly regarded
  • Strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and client-focused approach
