The focus of the Pre Delivery Manager is to ensure all vehicles are ready for delivery.

About the role:

  • Co-ordinating quotes, repairs and vehicle transportation
  • Liaising with stock controller and sales managers in regards to the movement of cars and stock levels daily.
  • Managing, mentoring and providing direction to pre-delivery staff.
  • Maintaining compliance with Toyota and their processes and procedures.
  • Checking that all workmanship is 100% up to standard and test driving when necessary.
  • Working closely with other departments such as parts and sales to ensure the delivery process is running efficiently.
  • Ensure processes and compliance to Toyota for Life is achieved.
  • Ensure a positive and safe working environment.
  • Maintain our strong culture to ensure all staff work together as a team and every guest receives exceptional service.

About you:

  • Have previous experience in a Dealership Service or Pre Delivery management role.
  • Provide outstanding service to other departments
  • Proficient in using multiple computer systems & Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An encouraging and positive leader who can motivate and guide a team to succes
  • Current drivers license
